2. The service
Stashlo provides a loyalty wallet, merchant EPOS, rewards, and delivery platform. Features may change with notice.
3. Accounts
You must be 18 or over to use Stashlo
You are responsible for keeping your password secure
One account per person
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms
4. Merchant EPOS
EPOS is provided as a software tool — merchants are responsible for their own tax compliance
HMRC CSV exports are for your records — always consult your accountant for official filing
Stashlo is not a payment processor — card payments use Stripe under their terms
5. Loyalty points & rewards
Points have no cash value unless explicitly stated
Stashlo Credit can be used within the platform only
Scratch codes and gift cards are non-refundable once claimed
We reserve the right to expire unclaimed rewards after 12 months
6. Prohibited use
You may not use Stashlo to: commit fraud, impersonate others, reverse engineer the app, or violate any UK law.
7. Liability
Stashlo is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost loyalty points, merchant data loss, or indirect damages. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid to us in the last 3 months.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
